We ship to US and International.
Shipping Methods and Cost
We use UPS and USPS as carriers and will provide all delivery methods from UPS and USPS for your desired shipping address.
The delivery time includes order processing time and carrier's shipping time. Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days after the payment is received. You add the time it takes a package to travel from our facilities to your destination address, based on the shipping speed you've chosen.
For example, if you order an item and select USPS priority shipping (which typically takes 2-3 business days), you can determine that your order should arrive 3-5 business days after you place it.
International customers: When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
Tracking Your Item
If you have a tracking or delivery confirmation number, you can go to your account and click the "Track packages" link in Your Account to check the status of your order. The shipping method and carrier for your package will be listed in Your Account and in your shipment confirmation e-mail.
Some shipments, such as Standard International shipments, are not trackable.

General Returns Policy
Returns Policy Overview
We need to be notified of the manufature defect itme within 7 days of your receipt of the product with the invoice number. The claim for defective items must be reported to us via E-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. We do not accept any defect claim after the seven-day period or items that has been used or damaged for any other reasons.
All claimed defect item needs to be returned in original packages or it will be identified as misusage defect. No Credit will be issued.
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If any item(s) is missed, leave the package and contents as is and contact us immediaely. We will investigate and may make a claim through UPS with orignal packaging.
If the return was due to our errors, such as wrong item, we will provide the correct item or a credit once the incorrect item has been returned.
All International sales are final. No international returns
Items that are Not Returnable
We do not accept returns of the following items:
- Any product without origianl packages.
- Any product that has obvious signs of use.
- Any product that is sold more than 7 days.
- Any item that is not returned in the condition it was received.
